How long will my order take to be delivered?

We try our very best to dispatch every order ASAP, excluding weekends. All orders are sent via Toll Couriers during Monday - Friday and can be expected within 4 working days for delivery within New Zealand.

How do I clean The Glow Cloth?

Machine wash The Glow Cloth or Cleansing towel separately before first use.

 

Hand wash The Glow Cloth after each use with warm water and antibacterial soap. We like to use Sard Wonder soap. This will remove any makeup staining. For a deep clean once a week place in The Glow Bag and in the washing machine. 

AVOID washing The Glow Cloth with fabric softener as this can  coat the fibres and reduce their effectiveness.

How long will The Glow Cloth last?

Each Glow Cloth + Cleansing Cloth can be machine washed around 200 times.

How do I use The Glow Cloth & Cleansing Towel?

Simply wet The Glow Cloth / The Cleansing Cloth with warm water. Gently massage face and neck. Rinse and repeat if necessary to ensure all makeup is removed.

Follow standard skincare routine post makeup removal.
