Important Info

New Clients 

Please note I work on a one on one basis to ensure my clients get the best experience. If you are early to your appointment please wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time. In the event that I am running behind I will contact you. 


All bookings to be made through timely on the Book now tab. Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive an email. A reminder email is sent out to you 5 days prior to your appointment and a text 24 hours before. If you need to cancel please do so on the website or contact me asap. 

Late arrivals

I will always try my best to accommodate you however if you are running more 10mins late for your appointment I cannot guarantee I will be able to complete your treatment. In which case your appointment will be forfeited and charged in full.

Please allow extra time to travel through the city/peak hours to ensure you are on time.

Children policy 

I want to ensure all mamas get the opportunity to feel pampered and I understand childcare can sometimes prevent this. Although your children are welcome to come to your appointment please respect that the studio space is small not suitable for toddlers/curious children. I will always do my best to ensure new mums can still get pampered and if that means bringing bubs along you’re more than welcome to.

However, please note your appointment time slot is still only booked for the treatment you have booked for, if we do have to stop to tend to bubs then this may interfere with the appointment and result in me running behind or your treatment not being finished.

Cancellation policy

You can change your date or time based on availability with more than 24 hours notice. If you do need to make any changes please use the link included in your original booking email or contact Kendal directly at 
Your deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, however if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice the amount paid will be held as credit on your account for future services. 

No-shows, cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time, or clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late, will have their appointment forfeited and a full service will be charged.

If you are unwell 

If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment. I am in close proximity to all of my clients and if you come to your appointment sick this puts me at risk of getting sick as well as passing something on to others.
